Age Suitability – EVONT Nightlife

Overview

EVONT Nightlife is a nightlife discovery platform intended for users aged 18 and older.

The platform helps users discover nightlife venues, music events, concerts, festivals, bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants, and other entertainment-related locations and experiences. Because EVONT Nightlife includes content related to nightlife environments where alcohol may be present, the app is categorized as suitable for adult users.

This page explains the age suitability of EVONT Nightlife and provides additional context for users, parents, guardians, app reviewers, venue partners, and event organizers.

Intended Audience

EVONT Nightlife is intended for users who are legally allowed to access nightlife venues, attend adult-oriented entertainment events, and make reservations at venues where age restrictions may apply.

The platform is not designed for children.

Users should be at least 18 years old to use EVONT Nightlife, especially when browsing venues, events, parties, reservations, nightlife promotions, or user-generated nightlife content.

Why EVONT Nightlife Is Rated 18+

EVONT Nightlife focuses on nightlife and entertainment. Some content inside the app may include:

Bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants, festivals, and nightlife venues
Music events, DJ performances, concerts, and parties
Venue promotions and event announcements
Online reservation options for selected venues
Photos, stories, or other nightlife-related content
References to environments where alcohol may be served or consumed
External links to official event organizers, venues, or ticket providers

Because of this, EVONT Nightlife may not be suitable for younger audiences.

The 18+ rating does not mean that the app contains explicit, adult, violent, gambling, or illegal content. The rating reflects the nature of nightlife-related environments and the possibility that alcohol-related references or adult-oriented venues may appear within the platform.

Alcohol-Related Context

EVONT Nightlife may display venues and events where alcohol is legally served or consumed, such as bars, clubs, lounges, restaurants, festivals, and nightlife events.

However, EVONT Nightlife does not directly sell alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or any restricted products through the app.

Any alcohol-related availability, service, purchase, or consumption is managed by the venue, event organizer, or third-party provider, and is subject to local laws and venue policies.

Users are responsible for respecting all applicable age restrictions and local regulations.

Reservations

EVONT Nightlife may allow users to make reservations at selected venues.

Reservation availability depends on the venue and may include restaurants, bars, clubs, lounges, or nightlife locations. A reservation made through EVONT Nightlife does not guarantee entry if the user does not meet the venue’s age requirements, dress code, identification requirements, capacity rules, or other entry policies.

Venues may request valid identification at entry.

EVONT Nightlife is not responsible for venue entry decisions, age verification at the door, or venue-specific policies.

This may include:

EVONT Nightlife does not directly sell tickets unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Some events may include external links to official ticket providers, organizer websites, venue websites, or social media pages. These third-party websites and services are not controlled by EVONT Nightlife.

Users who open external links are responsible for reviewing the terms, privacy policies, age restrictions, refund policies, and purchase conditions of those third-party services.

User-Generated Content

EVONT Nightlife may include user-generated content, such as venue reviews, nightlife stories, shared experiences, or other content submitted by users.

User-generated content is intended to reflect nightlife experiences and community activity. Because this content is connected to nightlife environments, it may not always be suitable for younger audiences.

EVONT Nightlife may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates platform rules, including content that is offensive, illegal, explicit, harmful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Users should not submit content that includes:

Explicit sexual content or nudity
Graphic violence
